At GLITCHLABS APPAREL, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Custom Items (Final Sale)
All custom-made products are final sale.
Due to the personalized nature of these items, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
2. Regular (Non-Custom) Items
We accept returns on non-custom items under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must include all original packaging
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after the item is received and inspected
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with proof (photos).
We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
